Pricing Guide 

We need to balance creating good value and aso supporting those unable to pay with making a living wage. We may need to charge additional fees if the distance to the job is long but these will be made clear before any journeys are undertaken

Subscribers receive regular reports detailing what’s been done and what still needs attention — ideal for those supporting elderly relatives, avoiding unexpected “while you’re here…” requests. These visits also support wellbeing (I’m a trained counsellor) and help catch issues like small leaks before they escalate. Emergencies are defined by the client and responded to quickly, with no call-out fees.We also signpost to local charities offering free digital or other support.

For homeowners, the reports offer a clear maintenance record, plus priority emergency response without extra charges.
